We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.”

We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is borrowed from Psalm 84:10, which speaks of being a door keeper in the house of God. Door Holders at Passion 2022 are individuals who have experienced God’s glory and now want to hold the doors to allow others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Door Holders to assume – one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus. Door Holder is a term that encompasses all who serve at Passion gatherings. All volunteers are considered Door Holders, not just those on our Experience team who hold physical doors.
